It may seem that eating as much food as you can handle is a healthy thing to do, but in fact, it’s one of your biggest risk factors for kidney disease. Too much of a good thing can lead to obesity and other weight-related complications such as high blood pressure, which all put unnecessary stress on your kidneys.
